Entered the field in 1998 ,when joined as transplant coordinator in Jaslok Hospital. Associated with the National liver Foundation and National Organ donation campaign in 1999.
Associated with Zonal Transplant Coordination Center, Mumbai since 2000 initially as honorary co-radiator and later as office In-charge.
Member of Maharashtra Confederation for Organ Transplant since 2007,
Associated with NATCO , Network and Alliance of Transplant coordinators.
Enthusiastically organized and participated as a faculty or facilitator in many awareness activities and training programmes held for professionals and volunteers.
