My mother was completely Mumbaikar. She was born and  raised in Mumbai only. She completed her graduation and post graduation in Arts while taking care of her children. 
She worked with various educational institutions as a teacher and even took the private tuitions too. Later she worked as a primary teacher in BMC schools.
She suffered from severe Rheumatoid arthritis for almost 40 years but still she rendered her services and completed her tenure, retired in 2002. She had tremendous will power which gave her strength to do all the things.
 
As per my mother's wish, we have donated her body to G.S. Medical College. We even donated her skin to Masina Hospital, Byculla under Aptekaka’s guidance. This time too Aptekaka made sure that all the things will happen smoothly. 
 
We sincerely request to all, please come forward for body donation. We owe a lot to our society at large.
